Is your law firm subject to CMMC Compliance?

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is the U.S. Government’s solution to address low rates of compliance associated with Cybersecurity standards, known as NIST SP 800-171. Your law firm may be subject to these requirements if you have clients who are contractors to the Federal Government, are sub-contractors to those contractors, or are doing business with the Federal Government.

In addition, the American Bar Association has provided information regarding the minimum standards of compliance regarding protecting client information (more detailed information is below). Please join un on April 6th for a FREE Executive Overview on CMMC, it’s requirements and how to start becoming compliant today.
